Orders
Can I amend or cancel my order?
We begin processing orders as quickly as possible. If you need to amend or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at aarasupport@gmail.com. While we'll do our best to help, we cannot guarantee changes once your order has been processed.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your returns policy?
We do offer returns, provided our returns conditions are met. Please see our returns and exchanges page for more information.
Who pays for return postage?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless we have sent the wrong item.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Sizing
How do I choose the correct size?
Please refer to our Size Guide on our Size Guide Page. Each outfit has its own chart so please use accordingly. Please note measurements are taken from the final garment. If you're between sizes or need further advice, our Customer Service team will be happy to assist.
Will sold-out sizes be restocked?
Selected styles may be restocked. Sign up for back-in-stock notifications on the product page or contact us for more information.
Products
Are your product images accurate?
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.
How should I care for my garments?
All items must be dry-cleaned to preserve the garment. AARA will not be responsible for any damage once the product has left our establishment.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other payment methods displayed at checkout.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment to protect your information.
